Shipping policy

 

How is my order shipped?
We ship all packages exclusively via UPS or USPS. All Next Day, 3 Day Select Delivery orders are shipped and delivered Monday - Friday. Next Day Delivery is not available for PO Box, APO and FPO mailing addresses.

When will my order be shipped?
All merchandise will ship within 48 hours of receiving the order (Monday-Friday). 

US Shipping
We calculate our shipping costs based on published UPS rates from our main warehouse in Nashville, TN.

For overnight delivery on next business day, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 1:30 PM CT. Overnight orders placed after 1:30 PM CT on Friday and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.
